how would you rank your self compared to the average rep in your store? are you the leader on performance indicators? or are you more average? i personally in my store rank a little better in average? and how are the benefits? right now i have vision dental life insurance and full coverage medical with 0$ deductible. for only 80$ a month and 3 weeks vacation that is standard for 1st year

is that comparable to t-mobile?

I have also thought of going over to t-mobile. What is the commision structure like? How much do you actually make per phone? Is it straight commission or is there a base pay as well?

Sorry for all of the questions, they are building several new stores in my area and they are hiring. I just want to know if I'll be taking a pay cut or not.

By the way, I work 100% comission.

Thanks for the help

Its base pay plus monthly commission.

Any other specifics you need to contact the HR dept or attend a T-Mobile Job Fair in your area.

Or click Careers at T-Mobile at the bottom of http://www.tmobile.com.

the pay is quite good as well as the upward mobility that you can have with t-mobile. As a rapidly growing company there are tons of managment opportunities that open up in almost every market all the time. I have been with t mobile not even a year and already have my own store. This doesn't happen to everybody of course but if you have the drive and the vision it is a definite possibility.

I've just started with T-mobile as an Event Representative (ER) and what I get is this: I get 10.00 an hour plus commission.

And commission is usually 10.00 per activation... well, there is more to that but I don't feel like explaining it cocmpletely.
