Which phones support manual call forwarding?

I was wondering if there are any phones that allow me to forward calls manually to a specified number. I.E., I am at home and do not want to use any of my whenever minutes, whenever I see an incoming call I would like to have an option of pressing a button and it would forward the call to the home number. I know most phones have the unavailable call forwading feature but since I am not the only person who uses the home line I can't allow it to forward all my missed calls to the home number.

There's not a way you can set up forwarding on a call by call basis. It's not a matter of whether or not the phone can do it, the switch itself has to be set with the number. You can deactivate and reactivate that forwarding as you wish from most phones, but if the forwarding is not active and a call comes in, you wouldn't have time to activate the forwarding.

Hope that answers your question.

Thanks, that answers my question. Do you know how long it takes for call forwarding to kick in after I change it on the phone(is it a matter of minutes or hours)? I think I would like to try activating it whenever no one else is at home.

P.S. Does the v300 support call forwarding? I am considering buying that phone but the manual mentions nothing about call forwarding.

It takes effect immediately. When you tell the phone to change the forwarding, it actually accesses and modifies your profile in your HLR.
Yes, the V300 supports forwarding, and if for some reason a phone doesn't, there are always star codes.

**61*number# and then "send" will activate your "no reply" forwarding. just replace "number" with the 11 digit number you want to foward to. To cancel the forwarding ##61# "send".

After playing with it for a while I think I got it. I even made phonebook entries so that I can swtich profiles without typing the codes each time. However, the code you gave me it tranfers the call to the home number if I don't touch the phone for 10 seconds (I changed the value). Now I noticed that if I reject the call on the phone, it still transfers me to the voicemail. Is there a code for the rejection of a call? I think that that was what I was looking for in the begining-transfer a call to a home number by rejecting the call.

oh. sorry about that
try either **62*number#
or **67*number#
the 62 should work for that but if it doesn't, try 67

Whenever possible, you want to use call forwarding conditional, i.e. "try my mobile first and if I don't pick up then send to following number" rather than call forwarding unconditional (forward without checking through mobile first) because every TMobile account has 500 mins per month separate to handle forwarded calls to another number, doesn't draw from your anytime minutes. Saves your mins and your $$$
