ok as of now i have cingular prepaid, im ok with the service, i was thinking of getting a plan with cingular, but i like tmobile cuz they are cheaper, the only problem is i dont reception at all in my best friends neighborhood which is my second home,. and niether does Tmobile, cuz i guess they share the towers, will that change soon for Cingular possibly even tmobile, which service gets better Reception throughout southern california anyways?

There's literally no difference (network wise) between T-mobile and Cingular in California. Currently the network itself is owned by cingular, though T-mobile will be buying it shortly (probably rolling out early-mid 2005). Considering T-Mobile has placed more drive on network expansion than Cingular, and given the price-plans are better, I would definitely go with T-Mobile. The only benefit you get from Cingular is the rollover minutes that expire if you don't use them anyway.
