For those of you that paid the extra cash for a camera phone... I have a nice little secret to share with you.. a free one.

So, my friend, who is a technical genius compared to me, sent me the link to snapnpost.com ; a web photo log where you can simply e-mail pics from your phone and it will upload them. I thought maybe it was another scam where you can upload like five pictures and then after that they slam you with a $30.00 a month bill if you want say six photographs rather than five... but it turned out, and this is rare indeed, I was wrong.

Pretty damn nice how that works out.

My friend Mike uses textamerica... but the layout bothers me to no end (not because it is more complex or anything of that sort but rather because it's aesthetically blech - yes, blech.)

Do you know if you can code for a gallery on your own site through textamerica? I'm not too familiar.

On May 2 TMobile is launching "MyAlbum" which gives any TMobile customer with a camera phone 25MB of picture message storage. Picture messages will be sent to a short code and the album will be accessible through MyTMobile as well as the phone, and can be set to private, open, or closed user group viewing. Free service, you just pay for the uploads from your phone. Of course, if you're on a family plan, you can sign up for the unlimited picture message plan and really go to town. 😎 Call customer care for details, or check it out on http://www.t-mobile.com

snapnpost.com has privacy settings too - but I think the feature that sets it apart from all the other moblogs is the ability to display the gallery on your own personal site... To my knowledge, none of the other moblogs are offering that feature.
