NYC reception

I see the question was posted by someone else a few weeks ago but only one reply was posted. I'm looking for more detail if at all possible. THANKS!

Guys and Gals, I need some help here, I'm a current Nextel user

and I hate the service. I'm trying to find who - T-Mobile or (Dare I say it here) Verizon - has the better service.

What is your experience with the service of T-Mobile? how is it in the tunnels of NYC - Midtown, LIRR, etc. How is it in the malls and office buildings of Long island, Queens, Manhattan, etc.

What phones of T-Mobile get the best reception?
