I love all the "LOYAL" customer arguments. So do you call AT&T about a landline and ask for a new cordless phone for free because you've been a loyal customer for 40 years. Do you ask McDonald's for a discount on the dollar menu because you've been eating there for years?
Loyalty for the sake of loyalty is over. It's good for the customer and in the end it will be good to companies like T-Mobile.
