Every carrier has their problem areas and it sounds like you found one of T-Mobile's. There's no way it's as bad as you make it out as clearly you're trying to get out of a contract that YOU agreed to. Shocked

Your best bet is to keep a log of where and when you can't make calls and want to. Call customer service and politely ask to get out of the contract due to these issues. If you start telling tall tales or suggesting people not use T-Mobile because YOU agreed to a contract that you now want out of, you're going to get nowhere.
