Tmobile sucks! I was planning to switch from Verizon.. but when I found out the new plan of Tmobile, it costs me more than on what I am paying now. Sprint doesnt have a good reception in my area. I have 4 phones and I want to lower my monthly rate and at the same time Im enjoying the data service for unlimited. Is there a way that I can lower my monthly bill?

it shouldnt cost you more. it should cost you less... they are a value type company... talk to retentions to see what they could do. but you shouldnt be paying more money. that's absurd.

are you on value or classic?

Right now Im with Verizon... Im planning to switch... I already talked to some sales people and they said that if I will go with Value, the monthly rate is cheap but the price of the phone is incredibly high. But if I will go with classic, the price of the phone is cheap but the monthly plan is way much higher compared on what I'm paying right now with Verizon

i would pick the value plan if i was you.. what happens is that if you pick a plan you are going to save money- you can pay full price of the phone or you can pay the down payment and pay over 24 months. once the 24 months is over your monthly then goes down by that X amount. plus they tax on the lower amount not on the higher amount.

contracts are a bad idea. its up to you but value is better.

Did you talk to a Verizon Rep or a T-Mobile Rep (And was it an actual corporate rep, not a walmart or best buy rep)

(Don't forget i used to be a Verizon customer (as well as others) and now i am a T-mobile USA customer))
