I want to see if I understood you correctly. when you said T-Mobile will be --expanding-- does that mean new cell towers, new coverage in places a Tmo signal currently doesn't exist??? I want to emphasize I am inquiring about --expansion-- not network upgrades, I'm well aware off the 200m population covered with LTE by years end.

I have a lot of hesitation with T-Mobile, I've looked at coverage maps here in Connecticut, and it looks like There's a lot of light green areas, compared to New Britain, where I live being a well covered dark green area. My jobs sends me to a lot of different places, and I use my phone for GPS, so signal & coverage is important to me.
