Policies often get in the way of providing
--problem solving-- customer service!

When I bought Finding Nemo on Blu-Ray 3D, I paid $27.99 on Amazon, shortly after the price went down to $24.99, so I called Amazon up and asked to be refunded the difference, it was past the 7-day low price guarantee, so instead of shoving the word policy in my face, the rep put new on hold and said let me see what I can do, so she comes back and offers me a credit towards my next purchase, another words she found a way to resolve the issue WITHOUT shoving the word policy in my face. . .problem solving rep!!!
