Kickin Tmobile to the curb,,,

OK, some my have seen my previous thread, but I have been having signal issues in my house, I had called tmobile to report this and told them I think it might be the phone and I wanted to file an insurance claim because i never had trouble before,,the guy on the phone said we are working on the towers, ill notate it , just give it a few more days, i do with no results, I go to the tmobile store to file a claim, but the rep there says oh its just the sim card, try this and if it does not work you can file a insurance claim, im like ok, still a week later no results, dropping calls left and right, 2 days ago I drop my phone and now it has a crack in the screen, I dropped 3 IMPORTANT calls in my apartment this morning and finally had it,, and try to file a claim, and now they want to charge me $130 dollars for a new phone because my phone has a crack in the screen, I explain to them look at the notes. i had issues befor the screen cracked and nobody would file the claim they just kept trying stupid ways to fix it, if they would have dome the claim when i wanted, I would have a new phone that WORKED and everyone would be happy, and maybe i still would have dropped it and cracked the screen but at least my phone would work and i would get what i am paying for,,i tried explaing to the supervisor on the phone that you have already made your money back on me for the price of the phone, i have a smartphone plan plus the wi-fi hotspot plus 7.99 insurance, ringtones, etc, i have 10 months left on my account, if you do the math im a hi arpu customer, send me another refurb and you will still make money off me by the time my contract ends and i most likely will resign another 2 years with tmobile and get a new phone in october...SHE wouldnt do it,,,just sounded like a robot stateing company policies,,Im like thats wrong, you should have sent me a phone when i originally asked for one instead of f'ing around giving me the old tower story,,,hey Tmobile F U,, I freakin hate you now,,im going to be a charge off for you and it didnt have to be this way, YOU WERE MAKING MONEY OFF ME!! and im going to tell everyone who will listen that your company sucks, the worst of the worst,,,Hello Sprint Iphone5 Smile
