Looking to Switch??

My company has come to the end of our Sprint contract and we are not sure if we want to stay. We are looking at TMO mostly due to equipment pricing. How is their customer service? Do you get the runaround when trying to get a phone repaired? How is their billing, accurate or always needing corrections? How well does the Wi-Fi calling feature work? We understand that every carrier will have problems, but the sales people give you fantasy answers and I am looking for reality to make our decision. Anyone have any major negative experiences with TMO?
What are the positives about TMO and what are the negatives about TMO?
Thanks
