Re: Sprint or T-Mobile Need Quick Help Please
If I do change (I have till this Monday) it will be based solely on price. I also found out I can get a Sprint 700 anytime minute plan for $36. that is $4. less than I pay for T-Mobiles 600 minute plan.
I also have asked several people at work who switched during the last promotion and most are happy with Sprint, though they all say customer service sucks.
As I mentioned I haven't had any real problems with T-Mobile service or reps so that is what makes the decision so hard for me. It isn't like I can justify it by saying their reps are rude or I have X amount of dropped calls .. as no problems at all.
But money is money and I am about a 500 minute user a month so not very heavy ... and as I mentioned aside from Las Vegas and Dallas most of my time is spent within California PLUS I live in So. Cali.
