I have been with all the major carriers and TMobile is the best when it comes to customer service and great plans. I am pretty sure with that Simple Mobile prepaid service the customer service isn't gonna be all that great because its outsourced to some foreign country and its pretty difficult to understand someone whos English isn't all that good. :/
