Hey everyone,

I found this discount on Slickdeals and wanted to share it with you before I go through with activating T-Mo service. You have to activate a new line and sign a 2 year contract to get this offer and it expires on new year s so i don't have a lot of time to decide.

Ӣ $50 service credit
Ӣ 10% on qualifying monthly recurring charges
Ӣ Waived Activation Fees ($35 savings per line)
Ӣ Free 2 Day Shipping
Ӣ FREE and/or Discount Devices with new activation

Call 866-464-8662 option 3 and give promo code 13997 TMOFAV. Say you are a member of the site Studentrate.

Has anyone heard of this offer/Studentrate site before? I live in Boston, do you know if T-Mo service is good in the city? AT&T was terrible......

If you haven't bought it yet, you may want to consider the no contract option temporarily. I saw a post on slickdeals that was advertising $30 off second month bill with no contract for T-Mobile. There is a flyer that you have to take to the store.

Potentially, you could try the service for couple months and if you don't like it, you could likely just stop using it. I think the deal expires on the december 31st if I remember correctly.

Good luck!

I'll have to check that out because that would be a good idea, pretty much like a trial run. Only thing that sucks is if I like T-Mobile and want to go on contract the promo with the $50 credit will be expired. Hmm.
