I wasn't going to comment on this, but was it not decided that HSPA+ (tech significantly faster than 3G) could be called 4G?

If that is the case, (which I know it is), why do people love to ignore that? People act as if that never happened.

That being said, I don't know the answer to the original question and was hoping to read the answer...but oh well..
