i think people seem to think that we can choose what phone to send. or in a escalated call we can click a button and send a different phone, its directly related to inventory, IF inventory is low another device can be sent but we cannot choose, its literally a drop down box and sometimes an alternate phone or 3 to choose from is available. i can understand wanting another device. sisyphus is right dont let one bad phone let you think the rest of them are bad phones. when you call in let them know your situation we will be more then happy to send another out, we have to be cautious with exchanges because people call in just to get something new, if troubleshooting wont fix it we will send another, but dont be upset if we cannot send another device type its not our choosing .
