Any handsets with faster data than 14.2 Mbps?
T-Mo is rapidly deploying 21 and 42 Mbps WCDMA towers, but no handsets seem to be on horizon to actually take advantage of those speeds. Are the higher speeds meant for T-Mo Hotspots only? It would be nice to hear a clear statement on that from T-Mobile.

No, that phone is sold by T-Mobile directly, as well as Walmarts, Radio Shacks, and other retailers. You may be thinking of the Nexus S, which is exclusively at Best Buy.

Just adding that the Nexus S is either 7.2 or 10.? Mbps as it is not considered a 4g phone. I'm not sure which one it is though and I am too lazy to check myself.

Oops! You'right. I also started a thread on NFC chip which was introduced with the Nexus S phone, and I was thinking of that one being sold at BestBuy.

OK, so there are two 21 Mbps handsets, yet T-Mo still keeps coming up with 10 and 14 Mbps phones, too. Like the LG 2Gx, for instance. What are they going to come up with after their network is upgraded to 42 Mbps? Is this their idea to force us to upgrade our handsets more often than we otherwise need to?
