So last night I'm doing my thing, downloading some music on my PC via my phone's data connection, which I've done for well over a year now, not that I do it very often, just sometimes there are things I can do by 'tethering' on my PC that I can't do on my phone due to it's limitations (ie. cannot upload photos via the phones' browser).

So with only 20 seconds on one of my downloads left to go, and it freezes up..

I restart my browser, and I get a message that says I need to pay another $14.99 on my bill if I want to tether!

I'm ok with them if they 'throttle' me down if I download too much, as it's only like once a week or two I actually do tether, most of the time I download thru my phone, but a flat $15 I think is a bit steep if I'm not going to use it that much...
