Had horrible customer service and it fell. I hate AT&T. Get ready T-Mobile, your plans will get jacked up, you'll be forced to bend over and give your bank account number and pin.
There is nothing we can do. We are screwed.
I hate big red and evil at&t. Hello crappy tracfone.

This is bad news for a lot of people, Jay. We're all still stunned. When I read the headline the FIRST thing I did was check the date on my computer to ensure it was not April Fool's Day. Then there was this horrible sense of dread that it could actually be true. Then disbelief... I mean that Verizon would break it's agreement not to touch Alltel for ten years had been difficult to swallow, but for AT&T to make a move THIS bold...well that is something one would never even entertain. Yeah, I'm still way shocked too! I don't work in the industry, so I don't feel the same emotions. But I am definetly shocked.
Well, ATT most certainly has enough spectrum for the looming data boom between now and 2015.

I am right there with you. First, Total Disbelief and then shock and now just numb. I love working for T-Mobile and I love their policies which have gotten us #1 in customer service the past 11 consecutive times. I love our rate plans and I love this company. What is going to happen to the customers? What is going to happen to the employees? ATT already has its own departments. Yeah they are gonna need more people but not as many people as there currently are working for T-mo.

Customer service? I would suggest Page Plus: Unlimited Talk and Text on VZW network for $45 but if you like calling customer service and having your behind kissed they're not for you.
