And yeah you think that one guy in the store had an attitude good luck with AT&T. Just about every single one of their employees have attitudes.
Brother we are trying our best, and yes sometimes our agent can be jerks. I work for at&t and have had bad experience with them and I've had good. I always try my best but some customers are unhappy regardless. NO company is perfect.
but to be fair i had a very positive experience at the hulen mall company store a year ago the lady there was very helpful nice and quickly handled my needs it is just on the other side of town hard to get to
