number 1 in customer service???

every time i need customer service help on the phone i am on hold for at least 45 mins for the pleasure of speaking to a person with a very weak grip on english if i do not get hung up on during our transaction and have to start over or i could go to the local TMO company store (i35/seminary) just to have them try to put me on the phone with cs and more hold time and the final blow was when i went to return a phone i bought outright and had the rep tell me it was more than 14 days i had to point out that i paid full price $449.00 bb9780 and he dissappeared for a few mins then came back and slammed down on the table a pen and asked me to sign the return papers an attitude was obvious i am a dreadded flexpay customer but i feel the $155.00 monthly bill for 3 lines (2 smartphones) rates a little better service
maybe TMO is better in other places but in fort worth the service in the store is not
off to at&t
