Thanks so much for the feedback...I wish your store were close to me.

Regarding your response to my question 1, I can appreciate your explanation about the automated system but the staff in the retail store don't seem either able to check that something has shipped or maybe they are just unwilling to do so if a customer asks which is probably what irks me the most. And I am not sure that asking for a manager would get me much further.
