1. Reps and managers aren't involved in replenishment. Its handled by an automated replenishment system. If something has been shipped and is on the way, then at that point the rep or manager can tell what is on the way, but beyond that there is no way.

2. My store only has them in black, none in white. Most likely it has to do with stock levels. Stores with a ton of 9700s will probably not get a bunch of 9780s until their stock levels are lower.
