You have to be a bit more specific. Did you get your phone as an upgrade or a new line of service? Also did you purchase your device online, over the phone or in a store? As a general rule the only way you have a full 30 day buyers remorse period for exchanges is if you ordered a new line at t-mobile.com, over the phone with 1-800-TMOBILE or if you live in California. Upgrades or store purchases usually only give you two weeks (14 days). Good luck!
