So I been with T-Mobile for a long long time right, I have a sidekick and a blackberry that I just purcahsed. The sk went out and they blamed it on ms that's fine okay I delt with it. So I keep faith in Tmobile and go purcahse this bb than I say Tuesday I might as well leave the sidekick and get the Cliq. #Fail

Tmobile goes down again now who are you going to blame for the whole network going down? So I will be taking them there blackberry back, putting the sidekick in the shoebox of phones and moving on....

Your Tmobile service acting up dont worry there's an #appforthat

It should hurt. The most customer friendly carrier to the least in a matter of a few short months.

I think the answer is $0.00.

I can start saving money right from the get-go.

"I think the answer is $0.00."

My point exactly. Every carrier has pros and cons, but this $35 nonsense is the biggest con of them all...pun intended.

I think you are missing something.. You don't have to change.. And BTW ATT did charge for changing from old cingular plans to ATT type plans lets not forget VZW 350$ ETF. Each carrier has their own thing. Feel free to go elsewhere and pay double. You think you could find a non prepaid (nationwide carrier) unlimited plan for 50$? Doubtful.

Unlimited non-prepaid...why bother with qualifications? T-Mobile is pushing their no contract option now. If you're only going to use unlimited voice, Virgin Mobile has a great deal. If you want unlimited everything, $50 at Boost will give you what you crave although the voice network leaves a little to be desired.

Metro PCS also offers a reasonable sized coverage area, especially when you consider they give you unlimited everything for $30. Don't forget, you can roam for $0.19 per minute.

Why bother defending a BS practice? At least the AT&T/Cingular reps declared BS at their company's anti-customer practices.

What's wrong with pushing the European model? Carriers do not make money from selling handsets. They make money from selling the service. Hopefully when LTE becomes a reality all customers can buy unsubsidized handsets directly from the manufacturer and have them activated on the network of their choice with no contract.

Did I say anything about anything being wrong with the model? No, I said that T-Mobile was starting to become a glorified prepaid provider with ant-customer policies! 👿

You've yet to read any of my posts.

I DON'T WANT UNLIMITED.

And if I change my Family Plan on Verizon, they DO NOT CHARGE me.

If I change my Family Plan on TMO, they DO charge me.

I have 3 lines with VZW & 3 lines with TMO...so yes, I can compare apples to apples.

So you might wanna go bark up some other tree.

Then switch to a even more plan and not a even more plus. You don't have to pay a migration fee to go to even more plans... It's not rocket science.

If you think you're going to NOT have outages with another provider, then you probably don't know the cell phone industry very well.

Yeah, they experienced a few problems recently, but you're going to leave T-Mobile after being with them for "a long long time" because of a couple of recent, unrelated outages? 🤨

You guys shouldnt get sooo defensive over our little sweety "Magenta." She has been falling off the wagon more than to be desired. All we can do is remember the good times.

Like during Katrina, she gave away all kinds of minutes. And the loyalty plans. Not to mention the MyFaves (remember those?)

Oh yea, she'll come around the mountain again, but till then... im going to work for Verizon. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

So I went into my local T-Mobile store and told them how I felt about the company & there recent issues that they like to blame on everyone else. They made a few call's and I walked out with the wack crap call a Moto Cliq and they gave me a new bb because of my hassle all this for 150.00 sweet deal huh. So they did work to keep my biz, But after playing with this Cliq and the same problems with my Bb I can say Yes Tmobile I will be returing your bb & MOTO CLIQ.

I can say as much as people bash them Sprint takes care of it's people {I had my bb with them until I move it to Tmo ) so I think I will be going back to Sprint. Plus the Price Plans are better at sprint anyway.

O yeah spell check huh... Blah

Sense I have been with Tmobile I can count on two hands how many times I have called them about an issue. The whole sidekick issue I didnt call about. So I dont think I complain much at all. When wrong is wrong well than buddy it's just wrong. As of the last month Tmobile has been wrong I'm sure there churm rate might just be the highest the last 3 months.

EVERY carrier how outages. It's life of depending on machines to work. Welcome to the real world. I guess its hard to understand that if you don't understand how cell phones work. Maybe a little research first? You know before opening your mouth? Just last week my friend was complaining about his service being out for several hours.(verizon.) Stuff happens. Sometimes it happens all at once. I bet if you called Tmobile they apologized and maybe even gave you free money toward your bill too. I suggest less crying.
