Question about phone insurance....

tmorocks

Nov 2, 2009, 4:03 AM
I just purchased a Touch Pro2, its getting shipped today. I am planning to buy phone insurance. And I understand that I have 14 days to add it...However, do the 14 days start when I buy the phone, when I receive the phone (UPS), or when I place the sim card on the phone and actvate it...

The reason I am asking is, is that I need to change to a new plan, which by the way the new plans suck cause im going to be spending more than i used to, but I want to wait till the beginning of my next billing cycle to avoid any partial charges confusion. My next billing cycle starts on the 14 of November, and i ordered the phone on Oct 30.....

Thanks in advance.

Actually, today i was informed that it has to be an Even More plan because i accepted a discount on the touch pro2, they matched the verizon price of 199....so i have to get an even more plan for 79.99...which is 30 dollars more than i was paying ☚ī¸
