Yum. My dog ate every cord in the house. He's gone now though, and I'll never have another one! Hopefully Equipment Protection will cover this, but you'll have to speak with Asurion about it. their number is 1-866-268-7221. I've heard some unvalidated complaints about them trying to trade lesser value phones through the EP program, so if you're not getting the same type of phone that your dog digested, you may want to check with customer care to make sure it's a fair trade.

😕 Asurion does not advertise whether the replacement will be new or refurbished, but they will tell you if you ask... depending on you rlength of service and how much revenue your account has generated, it may be cheaper to do an upgrade with cust care, again, depending on your situation... One word of advice, ALWAYS CALL CUST CARE FIRST! we will gladly point you in the right direction and give you all your options.... Good luck

I called CC and they told to call Asurion. So I did and the only thing Asurion would offer is a cheap motorola phone. ☚ī¸

They said the e105 is not on there list. Oh well, I wait till I get my rebate and use it for new e105.

Try Ebay. Also, go back to the place you bought it, explain your situtation, and see if they can help you out at all. If you are within the first 120 days of service, they will have a vested interest in making sure you stay active.

😲 i gotta say this surprises me, we were not told that customers would not be able to get the same phone but i would suggest that you might want to stop paying the 3.99 if they will never offer this phone... just clal CC to remobe that

As an Asurion rep, I can tell you 2 things . . . first, the e105 is no longer available, which means one of two things - that it's no longer being made, or that it's no longer being offered in your market area. This does not however, mean you can't get one. If the stores still have a back-stock, Asurion can be convinced to allow you to purchase the phone for reimbursement minus the deductible. If not, Asurion can and will continue to solicit the Manufacturer for any backstock they may have. Secondly, the "cheap Motorola phone" is offered because it's features are the closest we have available to the phone you had. We do not up-grade. Just as auto insurance won't replace a rabbit with a porche, we won't give you a better phone than what...

Suck....and how many Motorola phones have you used. Thanks for coming out but as we can see you are a little fish in a big pond. Let see some hard facts. The car with the moped is a bad analogy. If you own a Tempo you will only get a Relian K or Topez, not a Bently 😉
