New Plan Pricing?! WTF!?

T-Monster

Oct 7, 2008, 10:20 AM
I just got word that on October 22, t-mobile will be changing the pricing of their MyFaves Family plans to include Mobile to Mobile, thus making them more expensive. I get that mobile to mobile has been a primary complaint, but making the plans more expensive (which goes against what t-mobile is known for) and giving the customers less of a choice? WTF? 👿

Myfaves for Families 400 $69.99
Myfaves for Families 700 $79.99
Myfaves for Families 1000 $89.99
Myfaves for Families 2000 $119.99
Myfaves for Families 3000 $149.99

🙄

Holy crap.... get the sand out of your gina. It's been in Pac NW and STL market for most of this year. Every other provider has M2M in their family plan. Not having it was a huge problem! If I had a $ for every time I heard "What do you mean it doesn't have M2M?" I would have bought Suncom. T-Mobile is moving away from being the cheapest service provider to being the most respected for the type of customer service they offer.

Well of course. How do you think they're going to pay for that limited 3G coverage?
Not to mention, you work for them long enough you can actually make pretty good coin. 🤣

from what i read from the email, it stated these would be in addition to our current myfaves rate plans...so hopefully it is just a greater selection of plans, only time will tell

T-Mobile will still carry the regular individual plans that do not include myfaves.
so customers still have a choice. those plans already include m2m.

I was wondering if you have anything better to do than be a troll? Please, let us know. Why don't you get a life and go back to the forum for the carrier you belong to? This is the T-Mobile forum, which is primarily designed for discussing T-Mobile; not flaming it. Thank you.
