Greetings Heather,

In reply to the amount of time from VZ - TM concerning "Porting"...we have had a pretty good transfer time with them, Has been taking about 2 days to port.

Keep in mind the porting usually can take 2-7 days.

Please make sure that the Verizon account that is being ported stays active the entire time - T-Mobile will automatically cancel your Verizon service once the port is successful, and if possible please bring in a copy of your latest bill from VZ for the Rep to get the account# off of...this is required for the transfer.
