I'm in the process of choosing a new wireless provider. Currently I have Cingular as my provider (my contract is fulfilled), but I frustrated with both their poor choice of phones and their CS. I know that AT&TW (...gawd their CS has redefined the word "appalling") and T-Mobile are the only two players in my state that have GSM at this time, so it's not much of a choice. Cingular keeps promising to bring GSM to my area, but I'm tired of their procrastinating.

So to those out there, how is their CS and coverage in MS, and what plan would you recommend? I'm going to make nearly all of my calls in the Jackson area. I make very few calls day or night (at most 500 minutes a month), but I don't feel like paying $40 for minutes that I really don't need.
