Wow, Im proud of Tmobile customers.
Exclusives are usually only 90 days anyway, so it might be available unlocked around Christmas time instead of after. I wish they'd sell it unlocked from the get-go, since I'll be buying mine at retail anyway.

Evidently you have not been following this. Apple made a *multiyear* agreement to sell the phone exclusively.
I really didn't see that coming.
T-Mobile has some really good samsung phones, and their Nokia phones are excellent. The iPhone is over priced and over rated.
Looks like theres a lot to this phone that not even I know about...wow..I like it already..
Makes things interesting that Apple and Cingular (The new AT&T) have signed an exclusive contract. At this time only Cingular is allowed to carry Apple's products. Actually makes Cingular look better if you know anything about Apple's requirements to even get into such a contract...or even a contract to sell their products. These guys are strict.

I'm a Verizon user, and I could careless if the iPhone never comes to Verizon Wireless. It's too much like a toy to me. My Samsung a930 works ok as a phone, but my phone is a toy though. The only Verizon Wireless users complaining that Cingular got the phone first are the tech geeks. I didn't follow on the Razr, Krazr (if I have it spelled correctly), SLVR (which will be at VZW by next month over a year), or the LG Chocolate trends. And I'm not about to go with the iphone either. I'm however waiting for more markets to have their network upgraded...

I COULDN'T care less.
Remember that.
Now, back to your normally scheduled programming...

If Apple gave the I-phone to Verizon, then Verizon would just disable half the features anyway, so they could force you to use thier services, for a small fee of course. That is why I left them and came to Tmobile.
And that's why I don't believe Apple will release the phone to Verizon Wireless. Apple will want all of the features on the phone, and will likely mandate that people buy music from the iTunes store, where Verizon will want people to use the V-Cast Music service. plus V-Cast requires WMA files, while the iPhone would require AAC, and non of Verizons' phones support AAC. Very few support MP3.
