Help! Looking for a phone that sync with Outlook.
Please help. Can anyone tell me if T Mobile offer any phone that will sync up my Outlook calendar and contacts? If not, are there any other phones out there that isn't T-Mobile, i.e. unlocked phones that will work. I did some research and it looks like the Sony Ericcson may have a few models. Can anyone with one of these phone on T-mobile network tell me how well they work? 😁

It's kind of tricky if you don't want any kind of smartphone or PDA at all. Without running on Windows Mobile, I'm not personally aware of a device that can sync with Outlook like what you're desribing.
Why exactly don't you want an MDA, Dash, or SDA? What do you envision this device you want looking like?

I really just want a phone that sync with Outlook for my contacts and remind me about appointment/meetings. I really don't need to access internet and email. I can't use a blackberry because my company is moving away from RIM and is going toward Treos. I like the Dash but I really don't need the email access.
From what I gather, it seems like only Sony Ericsson phones does what I want. Problem is that T-Mobile don't carry any Sony/ericsson.
My contract with T-mobile is up at the end of Nov. I can either buy an unlocked phone or I can sign up with T-mobile or another service. I had hoped that someone will tell me that Nokia or Motorola...or even Samsung phone will do what I wanted.

The SDA and MDA are both great devices that sync with Outlook. The Dash is also a really nice little smartphone that syncs with Outlook. I suggest taking a look at the devices on T-Mobile.com. If the device runs on Windows Mobile, it can sync with Outlook.

Are you a secret shopper??? 🤨 You should have done a little more research theres at least 6 T-Mobile phones that will sync with outlook.
