special 1-800 number for the 8801?

what is it? i dont have the packaging my phone came in and i need to get a new one. i can only hear on speakerphone not thru the ear piece

611 or 1 800 937 8997. There's no special number. It's just like any other Blackberry. If you received the phone in the last 14 days you can return at point of purchase.

no you must not own a 8801. when you have an 8801 theres a special 1-800 # you can call to get service or repair or a new one sent to you. its from nokia. not tmobile

Incorrect, the 8801 does have a special 800 number. I don't know offhand, but i am good friends with a nokia rep and i'll get it for you asap.
