quality of customer service
has anyone noticed that the quality of the customer service with tmobile is not as great as it used to be? I know that every carrier has a few reps that make it look bad for the rest of them,, but I notice that with tmobile, i am more frequently experiencing poor quality service,, more so than it used to be.

Look on the bright side...maybe as you make more calls over time, statistics are simply catching up and you're getting some bad ones.
