For the Stick Together rebranding kick off today, Robert Dotson was in our call center. We stood in line. I was in line for about 15 minutes, others for almost an hour, until Robert got here. He shook everyone's hand. We then gathered in the break room where he gave a speech about the rebranding and asked what were the hardest calls for tech to take b/c T-Mo doesn't have a good answer. There were things like getting replacements to customers quicker (we have a good option for that in the works), concerns about malfunctioning replacements, and dropped calls.
