Sunil, why you gotta call me out like that...I thought we were cool...all I gotta say is good for you...I'm not gonna argue with you...you guys did good...but it has sparked some things here in VZW Land...so let the competition...good luck 😁
I didn't just call you out (VZW); I called out phonepimp3376 (for Cingular/AT&T) and ...ash... (Sprint PCS) as well. And you are right about the competition in saying that let it take its course...god luck to you too (albeit we know the reality that Verizon reps are about as full of propaganda as Michael Moore. No only will there be the followup movie upcoming of Michael Moore hates America, the sequel to which will be America hates Michael Moore,...

#1 As a customer Care Rep for VZW I do not spread "propoganda" if you will...it is my job to help my customer to the best of my ability I do not lie to my customers...I lead them in the best direction so that while they are with VZW they can have the best experience possible and save the most ammnt of money.
#2 Show me written proof, Documentation...that anything in the Michael Moore film was false...I wanna actually see documents that without a doubt discredit the movie not posts on other websites.
#3 Michael Moore does not hate America...he just does think that Bush is a good President and showed some of those point within the Movie!

Naah! I think Motorola dropped a severe weapon of mass destruction, it's called the Motorola v600. Other carriers fell victim to its harm (by way of the software defects) in the early going where T-Mobile stayed clear! Now there is some common sense there!
1. It wasn't software that caused the problem, it was RF interaction with 850 MHz, which wouldn't have affected T-Mobile since they don't use that GSM band.
2. T-Mobile couldn't have gotten it much sooner because of contracts with carriers and Motorola. ATTWS had the launch exclusive, then Cingular with a 3 month release, then it would ship to T-Mobile.

Pimpy,
I was just trying to be sarcastic with the guy! Geez, you take the fun out of everything! 👿
We might inspire him to make a documentary on the wireless industry (scary).
Do I see the makings of a Documentary about T-Mobile's success while simultaneously demonstrating the shortcomings of other carriers in his typical liberal maner? 🙄
I can just picture the title, "Got Moore?!?"
First customer service, then the world.
Bwuahahahahaha (evil laugh)
🤣
CELLKREEG! 😈

Is this a political debate? Bottom line: Verizon sucks and T-Mobile is makin' it happen!!
I like T-mobile hell I work for it, but as of now it's coverage just cannot compete with VZW and cingular
But it's awsome on the east coast!
