CAN I USE ANY UNLOCKED CINGULAR PHONE ON T-MOBILE'S NETWORK?

I hate T-Mobile's line-up of phones and want to use their network with another company's phone. Can I basically use any quad-band GSM phone on T-Mobile's network?

yes sir that is what I do now, I am using a cingular nokia 6620

Yup, I'm currently using a Cingular branded Motorola V600 w/T-Mobile w/o any issues.

You can use any unolocked handset on T-Mobile provided that it at least has 1900 and preferably for roaming has 850 as well.
