V600 as upgrade
I've called customer care 5 times about upgrading to a V600. Yesterday I was told, yes, it would be available - tomorrow - as an upgrade! I called today and was told, no way, V600 will not be as an upgrade. Anyone know what's really happening?

Try to do the upgrade from the store instead and let's see what they say. Good luck.

Have put in calls to most of the stores in my area yesterday. Most say they hope to have the phone in a few week. The rest have no idea when they'll get it. As regards price, some stores don't know the price, others gave a price of $399. $299 has quotes a few time. I've been with T-Mobile 3 years and have always purchased a phone independently, i.e., it's never cost T-Mobile anything. I would think I deserve a V600 at an upgrade price at least. Comments...

Thanks. Yes it worked today. Called Customer Care and got the phone on upgrade for $299.

I ordered my Samsung D415 about 30 minutes ago. Maybe call back and see if the V600 is available now. They should have gone on the list together. Hope that helps.
