New Phone Release

T-Mobile is terrible. They released the V600 & the D415 on Monday but all the meant is that they shipped them out on Tuesday. Why not ship them Tuesday and announce the release date for next Monday. Also, how can anyone with an existing contract buy a phone from T-Mobile's website? Is it possible? I don't like the alternative which is ordering by phone.

the phones actually shipped last friday which will put them in stores anywhere from today or tomorrow. The only way to order it is through customer care over the phone, no way to order an upgrade online.

You cannot order it through Customer Care either. I called them 10 minutes ago and I am more than willing to pay the $299 for the D415 or V600. But since I am an existing customer and it is not on some "upgrade sheet" they have I cannot purchase it. They say go to the store, which does not have it. I asked them when it will be available to purchase over the phone from them (customer care) and they say "well it says here it will be available for existing customers to purchase at retail price on 7/28". Guess what? That is today. I have never seen people so good at refusing money that is basically trying to be thrown at them. Let me know what you guys think.

I am in Augusta, GA. The only reason I am even trying to go through Customer Care is because they will add the phone to my bill so I can pay for it on next month's cycle. I can then pay it off before then and circumvent my wife inserting her foot into my a** for spending that much money on a phone (SHE JUST DOESN'T UNDERSTAND PEOPLE!!!!) But any, ANY, help or info you have is and will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😁

Umm.. both phones are available for upgrades through customer care and retail stores.

We just recieved our shipment of both phones today. 🙄
