I have a defective V300, this will be my 4th replacement phone. I qualify for the Multiple Exchange Program. I was offered a new Samsung e715 as a free replacement. I'd like to stick with Motorola since I have all the chargers and accessories already. Retentions does NOT have the V600 yet so they said they do not know if the V600 will be offered as a free replacement for defective V300's in their Multiple Exchange Program.

Does anyone know if, or when, the V600 will be available to customer service/retentions? Any chance when they receive it will it be offered as a replacement for defective V300 phones to individuals qualifying for the Multiple Exchange Program?

If anyone can help me please let me know. I really don't know what...

The Motorola v.600 has had known issues so I'd reconsider the thought of replacing the v.300 with this phone. Who knows if issues would be persistent or not in the future?

IMHO, take the E715 even though it'll be a nuisance to replace all of your accessories.

The V600 should be available as of today as well as the D415 unless there are inventory or uncontrolled issues.

Both the Moto V600 and the D415 are available for upgrades... so it should be available if there aren't any other inventory issues.

I asked tmobile to replace my defective v300 with the samsung e715. So I took your advice. I'd prefer the V600 but they said it was not being offered as a replacement for the v300 via the multiple exchange program at this time.

Thanks!
