This will be a very good week for T-Mobile. The release of the Motorola V600 and the Samsung D415.

BUT! There is also another very exciting announcement for all of my PDA/mobile fans... I am very excited and you will be too.

I can't tell you what but expect it this week from a notable manufacturer.

*oozes with suspense*

Actually I was being serious... maybe not forever, but for several months now. I don't usually stock them at my store, but I ordered one for somebody three or four months ago, and they had already been out for awhile.

T-Mobile has released 4 new phones in the last 2 weeks.

Nok-6800
Sam-410
Mot-v600
and the Siemens cf26t

Not a bad selection of new phones. Not Including the array that we already have.

Great. We're all thrilled that you're not impressed. What did you want? Satellite uplink to Uranus?

Cute. I meant with t-mobiles phone selection. Having done customer service for them, I've seen first hand that 99.9% of the handsets they offer have gotten me cussed out. Not impressed.

Starr06,

It's all honky dorey that T-Mobile is releasing a new arsenal of handsets. But tell me about a different exciting news and if this has a likelihood or not (in reality) of happening...just to put all the when is T-Mobile going to release better family plans or when is T-Mobile going to offer 7pm weeknights?

So in all seriousness, when are both of the above activities likely to happen? Both AT&T and Cingular have this already and I think T-Mobile's family plan offerings can improve. Just to illustrate an example, a customer paying $50 gets only 400 whenever minutes, free unlimited n&w, as well as free unlimited mobile-to-mobile. A $100 paying customer gets 4X the daytime minutes....so by this logic don't you think that the $50...
