Ok so the plan i want is offered, but not in my area.
In my area they have the 1000 anytime and unlimited nights and weekends for 49.99, yet they have a promo in san fransisco for 39.99 for that plan. How do i get the 39.99 plan?
...
this plan is only offered in the following markets:
Los Angeles, CA
Sacramento, CA
San Francisco, CA
Phoenix, AZ
if you arent in one of those markets, you cannot get this plan. this is subject to change.
...
any chance they will use it in the Buffalo New York Market?
...
maybe... we wont know until right before it happens, if it happens
...
i dont wanna sign up with this 1500 anytime no nights and weekends if that plan will be coming here.....does it usually happen or no.
...
it really depends. again, we wont know until it happens. you can always switch to it later if it does become available.
...
so if i sign up on the 1500 minute and it becomes available i can switch to it and sign a 1 year extension?
...
yes, it would extend your contract for one year from the date you are making the change.
if you are planning on getting your service through an online site though, you will want to very carefully read all the terms and conditions for it... some places will charge you a fee for changing your plan within the first six months of service
...
i just wish i could have that 1000 minute plan, its perfect for what im looking for, id switch in a heartbeat!

You could sign up for the plan now at 49.99 and then when the 39.99 rate comes available , then switch right away,, you have to keep checking hte website... AND if you wign up for T-Mobile, make sure that you sign up directly through T-Mobile.. the best way is to call them directly and sign up through them,, they give you the best deals on phones if you call them directly and you can sign up with only a 1 year contract through the phone,, through the website is 2 years.. also don't go through an indirect.. they are really crooked and you end up signing additional stipulations in their contracts that you don't have to when dealing directly with T-Mobile,,
If I were you, I would sign up with T-Mobile with the 49.99 that they are offfering rig...

I work in the indirect chain and take offence to you saying we are crooked. I run the most proffessional staff around. Actually, its the guys at the direct store here that are crooked. Over at the direct store here in town, the guys add additional features to the customers plans without the customers knowledge to get the extra spiffs. Can't tell you how many times i've caught this happening. For instance, I had an elderly lady complaining that her bill is never what they said it would be. When I looked up her plan, they had added unlimited messaging for 14.99, t-zones for 5.99, Mexico calling for 4.99, and caller tunes for 1.49. This poor old lady had never once used any of these features and had no clue they were on her account.

I am very sorry that I had said that indirects are crooked. I was wrong in sterotyping all indirects. I had very bad experiences with indirects, just like the old lady had with the direct store. My experience with going directly through T-Mobile over the phone has always been just wonderful and perfect. They bend over backwards to give me the best phones and best rates that they offer. In regards to defective phones, they are wonderful as well, they will ship out a replacement if the phone is still under warranty and they pay for the shipping. They send the phone to me priority mail, it arrives within 2-3 days and then when I receive the phone, I put the old one in the same box and the box is already prepaid shipping, so all I have to do is ...

I work for Customer care and sincerly apologize to you and your elderly customer, that should never had happened, She should have been able to go into a store and exchanged it there.

I know this may sound like a flippant response but there's honestly no way to tell. You're talking to people who probably just work for T-Mobile, not those who make the decisions. And the ones that make the decisions on stuff like that wouldn't tell you on here anyway.
Sometimes the rate plans are released in other markets and sometimes they're not.

Also, you can check with T-Mobile if they have a 1000 anytime, no nights and weekends for 39.99 and maybe you can add the unlimited nights and weekends separately for I think it's 7.99 ,, then you would be paying 37.99 for 1000 anytime and unlimited nights and weekends... I'm not sure they allow you to do that, but you can always ask,,

Better yet, get the 1500 anytime, no nights and weekends for 39.99 and then add the unlimited nights and weekends weparately for 7.99 ... then you get 1500 anytime with unlimited nights and weekends for 47.99 !!!!

You must think T-Mobile is dumb. They offer the 1500 min with free nights and weekends for 59.99, why would they let you get it for 47.99? Same with the 1000 min free nights and weekends for 49.99. T-mobile has the option of adding free nights for 4.99 to a plan without nights. Why? Because the regular plans of 39.99 for 600 min free nights and weekends, 49.99 for 1000 min free nights and weekends, 59.99 for 1500 min free nights and weekends and so forth are actually considered promotional plans and require a 1 year contract extension to switch to them. If a customer does not want to extend the contract, they can switch to any of these plans, but without nights, i.e. 39.99 for 600 minutes and free weekends, 49.99 for 1000 min and free ...

I don't expect that plan to go anywhere else. They have actually had the 1000 min with free night and weekend for 39.99 out there for a few years. I'm not sure if it's been offered all the time, or just off and on at different times, but the first time I saw it was over 3 years ago. If it hasn't gone everywhere since then, I don't expect it too.

Move to San Francisco. 🤣
