"Multiple Exchange Program" question
Does anyone from tmobile know what type of phone I would get using the "multiple exchange" program, if I have a v300? Yes, this is my 4th one, I like the phone but I can't seem to receive one that works. Seems like I'm in "refurb hell" even though my last request I begged them to give me a new phone, not a refurb.
I was hoping that I could get the V600 since all my accessories from the V300 would work. But I'm not sure they would upgrade to the V600 in this "Multiple Exchange" program..

NO you will not get a v600 since we don't have it what phone you would get probably a e715 but don't quote me on! 🙄 that call cust care and tell them that this is your 4th exchange and your still having issues and after they determin that you need exchange and they know that you DO NOT want the same phone they should transfer you to another department and they can get you a different phone
