i have a sony t300 and i dropped it the other day and now it is acting up and turning off on me. if i call customer service will they give me a new phone for free or a replacment t300? and if so a new phone which one?

Okay, you DROPPED it and now it isn't working... 😳 I'm sorry buddy, but you won't be getting jack unless you had insurance, in which case you would probably get a refurbished T300 (shudder...)
