MDA data plan?
OK, since i got my MDA, i've been suggesting it to all my customers who've been asking for the SK2 and SK3. one thing that i dont know though is which data plan would be good for this? the SK2 29.99 plan with, email text, IMs, and web browsing covered, the SK2 $20 plan that adds on to the calling plan, or the $19.99 blackberry unlimited add-on plan? Sales Rep need info NOW!

Depending on your plan you can get Internet for $20 as an add on if you qualify.

Yeah, the MDA won't work with Blackberry or Sidekick service. Needs to have the Total Internet in order to use all the functions.

If you learn what you are selling you wont have this problem. ONLY the sidekick plans work for the sidekick...if you put a blackberry data plan on there your just going to have an expensive paper wieght. two words NEEDS ANALYSIS...figure out what they NEED before you sell them something. It'll save you the hassle of having them come back and making you call cust care for credits and changes later on.

The ONLY rate plan that is going to work for the MDA/SDA is the T-Mobile total internet plan. $29.99 if your adding it on to a phone plan. Unlimited GPRS/EDGE internet, Unlimted Wifi internet, and Unlimited internet based email. $49.99 if its with out a phone plan. but includes the same stuff.

tell them to add the soc tmis... that is total mobile internet service for $19.99 now u have to get a newbie to get this done...
