Using phone as a modem

If I want to get a Razr phone and use it as a modem with Mobile phone tools software and the data cable...how much extra is that per month?

Theres a bunch of different internet plans in the brochure and none of them specify which one is for using your cell phone as a modem. Can I use 5.99 T-Zones for internet on a laptop w/ a data cable?

$20 and you have to buy the data cable.

Actually, you can use bluetooth and you won't have to buy the cable.
