Go there to send Internet, WAP and MMS settings OTA to your phone.

Is it unbranded? If it is then most likely it will not work with just the WAP settings. I had to download some drivers and other stuff in order for it to work. If you still need help then write back.

Ok. Does the T-Zones work properly? After you set it up right. You need to have T-Zones working properly in order to use it. When you go into the menu does it say "IM" or "AIM"?

Ok.I had the same problem. Are all the motorola drivers installed? To make sure do this on windows: Click start, Go over to my computer and right click it, Click properties,Then click hardware, then device manager. Somewhere down the list it should say the following:

Motorola USB Device: Communications Class - Communications Interface
Motorola USB Device: Communications Class - Data Interface
Motorola USB Device: Data Logging DSP Interface
