Does any T-mobile store or other agents have a problem with Mobile solutions lying to customers to get them to sign up?I have a good story to tell ,but I would like to see if anyone else has a issue with them. đŸ‘ŋ

They are ridiculous. .The things customers tell me that they do. Then they'll send them to me to fix. The worst part is I'm also an indirect dealer but I do it b/c I feel bad for these people. How about a H-$500 customer activating them on someone ele's account to get an activation. I thought that was the best one I had a customer tell me.

At least where I work we pretty much all cringe when we hear that name...some shady, shady people there...They give i-dealers a very bad name/rep.

Dealed with 3 of their dealers today...seems their new thing is to call in on behalf of the customers claiming they are the customers so they can cancel the customers existing line to activate a new one. ..and they're horrible about it and I caught the 2 that did it in their words and they ended up hanging up on me...The third one escalated to my boss who ripped him a new you know what for escalating. On that one he was trying to call in on behalf of a customer who had just activated service 2 months ago, but had bought the phone for her son who had just passed away. (well that was the story)....

If you make 70k-140k a year, what are you doing wasting you valuable time in here? And why are there never the same reps at you stores from month to month?

And as for your WHATEVER IT TAKES motto.... Alot of good that (70k-140K a year) is going to do you when all the fraud that you all are doing catches up with you and is proven--(5yrs. in jail,Federal crime).

Oh... and by the way, the statue of limitations on fraud is 10yrs.

And in addition to commissions, why do you think they ask for you dealer code and name when you call in? Just for fun? To track people like you.

They may pay an average manager 70g's but as a former employee, in management, I know a lot make less that that. They continually lie to customers and do activations under friends names to make their numbers look good for the month and then have their friends return the phones. They make the money sound great but there is always a catch. They fake customers signatures. They activate multiple lines for T and Q class customers. The word customer service is no where in their dictionary. They never explain that the 14 day return policy starts the day you buy the phone and not the next day. They pressure people to take different phones and "try them out" for 14 days. When they come back on the 15 day, oh well sorry. All they blame doesn'...

One of our locations is next to a TMS store. Let me tell you how unproffessional these guys are: They posted a sign comparing Vzw prices with Tmobile prices. So we posted a sign showing their coverage and ours, THEY STOLE THE SIGN!!! I almosted stooped to their level and stole one of theres but my district mgr talked me out of it and explained that we should be proud of who we work for and not act like a bunch of gangbangers. My guess is that any TMS employee making 12000 a month is exactly that a gangbanger, but i guess TMS promotes hustling old people and scamming the mentally challenged

Those schmucks! Best one I've seen lately is they managed to get one woman whose credit check came up as SmartAccess ("T" class, no less!) THREE separate lines on THREE separate accounts in ONE day by using three different Mobile Solutions dealer codes and activating them all within minutes of each other--I had no idea that was even POSSIBLE! I hate those guys... 🙄

Just got a call from a Mobile Solutions dealer who got upset because I wouldn't convert an ineligible SmartAccess account to regular postpaid because he says he wouldn't get paid commission for the phone upgrade on a SA account. Got snarky and hung up on me after I told him it sounded a lot more like his problem than the customers... 😛 So, was they guy blowing smoke up my butt? Seems pretty unlikely that there's no commission on one type of account but there is on another, sounded fishy...

I went to their location in the Port St. Lucie/Stewart area and saw the guys actually trying to convince an aged couple that the Siemens CF 62T was A GOOD FREE PHONE!!!!! At that time, I can't even tell ...

If you see that going on, you really should just walk up and advise the couple. Would you want your grandparents getting ripped off? I'm hopeful that these guys will be out of business for good soon.

Yes, I think all t-mobile stores have problems with TMS. They are crooks. They train their employees to lie and cheat. They may be one of the largest indirect companies...but not for long...keep your eyes open for changes in late Q4 or early Q1 with TMS. They cause many headaches for customers and T-mobile employees. It sucks that while they are lying to the customers we are fixing their intentional screw ups. I urge anyone who has problems with TMS to report it immediately to customer care, their managers, and the territory reps in their area. T-mobile is trying to compile as much info on their fraud as possible. If you encounter a customer that has had issues with TMS get a full description of the rep from TMS and if possible a na...

Thank You all for this very helpful thread.

I'm comparison shopping right now between Cingular and TMobile for my first cell and got hooked into a conversation with a TMS rep at my local mall. Felt something was off and came across this thread. Feel like I have been saved from a thousand headaches if I decide to go with TMobile.

This board rocks!

Wait. Hold up. You decided to not go with T-Mobile, why? TMS is not T-Mobile! TMS is "The Mobile Solution" From what I have heard they are crooks! Try T-Mobile for 14 days, and then decide if they work for you or not.

He said he was saved the headache if he deicided to go with T-Mobile. Meaning he will not go to a TMS store but deal with T-Mobile directly. He could also stop by his friendly local Sams Club for a great price on his phone and expert help as well, lol =). sorry, had to add a little plug in there.

Shameless plug is welcome 😉 ... (BTW, I'm actually a she)

I would go to a Sams Club if I were a member but I'm not unfortunately. Do they have good prices on phones? Are they carrying the Nokia 6101 at present? For which carrier?

I actually worked with them for 1 week during the summer after my tenure at Radio Shack in the Houston area. I would have to say it was an experience. They intentionally lied during the training process , saying Tmobile had the fastest wireless web, in which I called them out on that saying "Have you looked at Cingular and VZW's web capabilities at all?" Also saying that VZW had roaming - simply untrue since they got rid of roaming entirely. This was also funny. The TMS trainer and the DM tell me that their selling strategy is based on the movie "Boiler Room" and constantly told me to watch it. I never seen the movie at all. Their training info is seriously outdated and the salespeople there at the mall I was supposed to work at appeared

😁 Finely, Someone brought op a god company to yell about. I Work for T-mobile CC and take calls about the mobile solution all the time. Don't get me wrong in some cases they are a great company to hook up thru and you can sometimes get good deals. If you go thru the mobile solution just make sure to be careful....
