hello, i was just hired at a call center for t-mobile. is there anyone out there who can tell me what to expect? what's the training like? what does it take to succeed? how do you feel about this retail support line job? etc., etc...any thoughts, details, information, whatever. thanks!
If you are a people person and you can make conversation with anyone than you will succeed at t mobile. Its an easy product to sell, and most of the customers are pleasant. As long as you can bite your tongue, then you will be fine.
